What arrives, and how often?
Every week you get a short list of roles that a person has already reviewed for you.
- Software scans hundreds of new listings a day and a person reviews the shortlist before anything is sent.
- You get a few roles a week, chosen so that three strong matches go out rather than thirty uncertain ones.
- Each match carries a fit report covering what the role needs, where you match, where you would be stretching, and any red flags.
- In a quiet week you are told, and the search widens instead.
What is in an application pack?
Each application pack is finished and ready for you to send.
- A resume written for that role and a cover letter written from scratch, finished and ready to submit.
- The Standard plan comes with a written guide to contacting hiring managers yourself.
- The Plus plan adds outreach. Where the hiring manager can be found, we email them a short message about you and the role, with your go-ahead.
- Interview prep is included when you land an interview.
What does $95 not buy?
The monthly fee covers everything Shortlisted does for you, but sending applications on your behalf is part of the Plus plan only.
- On Lite and Standard you send every application yourself. On the Plus plan, we can submit them for you if you'd like.
- The Standard plan doesn't include outreach to hiring managers. The Plus plan adds it, with your go-ahead.
- There is no setup fee and no success fee, and you can cancel anytime.
- US reverse recruiters charge $900 to $4,500 a month for this work.
