Shortlisted provides a personalised job search consultancy service. We scan job listings, evaluate roles against your profile, and prepare tailored application materials on your behalf. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Founding client rates are locked in for as long as you remain an active client. Fees are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of signup. We reserve the right to change pricing for new clients at any time.
You retain ownership of all documents and information you upload. By providing content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely for delivering our services to you.
You may cancel your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon cancellation, we will cease providing services and delete your data within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.
Shortlisted is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
